Sky-Stream operations throughout the region are managed and supported from our state-of-the-art Networks Operations Center (NOC) in Dubai Internet City. This centre is fully supported at all times by a highly experienced, multi-lingual team of professionally certified RF and IT engineers. They ensure we deliver communications with consistent quality of service, proven reliability and superior customer service. The NOC provides 24/7 telephone, email and MSN support, and continually monitors performance for any real or potential VSAT problems which, once identified, are rapidly fixed with minimum disruption.
